Quick Introduction to Aberporth
Aberporth boasts two sheltered sandy beaches with rock pools exposed at low tide. One has a slip way for launching sea craft and is open to dogs all year around. The other is located to the left of the headland, a beautiful beach that is dog free during the high season and patrolled by trained lifeguards.
The Ceredigion Coastal Path passes through Aberporth. There are some truly amazing walks on offer, whether it be to the neighbouring Hamlet of Tresaith or a little further to Mwnt, Penbryn or Llangranog.
All village amenities are within walking distance. The local Inn is close at hand serving homemade meals and a warm welcome and the Café offers traditional fish and chips to eat in or takeaway. There is a well-stocked Village Shop, a Post Office, Pharmacy and excellent Chinese & Indian Takeaways. Everything you could need for a wonderful holiday is right on your doorstep.
