Who we are
A passion for West Wales, a place to call home
Wales and its coastline are our passion. Each of us in turn has fallen in love with West Wales — specifically Aberporth and the surrounding area. When we discovered this village and its beach, we knew we wanted to put down roots here.
In July 2010, we spotted an opportunity and bought The Old Post Office at auction. It needed an awful lot of work — but with a little imagination, not to mention some sleepless nights and aching limbs, we are extremely proud of what now stands. We believe we have created the perfect location for you to create the perfect holiday memories.
We are very hands-on with our care for our apartments and our visitors. Jeff and Sam are always available — whether you have a question before you book, need a local recommendation, or something needs attention during your stay. If Sam cannot take your call, she will always get back to you promptly. Day or night.

The property
The Old Post Office building
The building was once the village post office — hence the name. It now houses three self-contained holiday apartments arranged across different floors, each individually designed and finished to a high standard. The building sits right at the centre of Aberporth, steps from the sand.

Penny Red, Two Penny Blue, and Penny Black are each individually styled — the same building, three very different experiences.
Penny Red
The top-floor apartment with the widest views. Elevated above the village, with sea views across Cardigan Bay and a balcony for watching the dolphins. Stylish, airy, and ideal for couples or small families.
Two Penny Blue
A generous first-floor apartment with beautiful bay views from the balcony. Comfortably furnished, well-equipped, and suited to a longer stay. Steps from the beach and the coastal path.
Penny Black
The ground-floor apartment with direct village access. A comfortable and well-appointed base for exploring Aberporth and the surrounding coast — ideal for those who want easy access in and out.
